Everyone at the Neuromuscular Centre is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of HRH the Duke of Edinburgh.

The Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme has formed an important part of the Centre's commitment to the development of young people affected by Muscular Dystrophy and his innovative approach to enabling the potential of youth has really inspired many of the younger members of our community to achieve greater things.

He will be missed, but his legacy includes better citizens and better human beings.

Thank you, Prince Phillip.
