The next Mindfulness Course starts
on Tuesday 31st October from 1 - 2.30pm
in the NMC Event Space
with this 1st session repeated on Tues 14th November.
Session 2 is on Tuesday 28th November with further sessions approximately every 4 weeks (dates to be confirmed).
The course will be run by Jonathan Brough who has successfully run both a full mindfulness course and several taster sessions here at NMC. It is open to all (clients, family, carers).
Mindfulness is a life skill which involves paying attention to what is occurring in the present moment, instead of worrying or stressing about something that's happened before or what may happen. it engages all our senses as we become aware of our body, emotions, thoughts and our environment.
