Physiotherapy & Exercise

NMC provides free specialist physiotherapy and other unique services, which are not available on the NHS, for people with neuromuscular conditions.

Connect Up

We have a wide range of activities and groups available to all our NMC community. We also have a varied programme of events. There is something for every one!

Young People

At NMC, we endeavour to lift the barriers our young people face and assist them to achieve their aspirations in life. Our young people also have their own group Gamechangers.

Training & Development

Training and Development offers a range of courses to anyone with a neuromuscular condition, including Graphic Design and Animation. There is also a 3D Printing Club.

Support & Wellbeing

Our team has a wealth of knowledge and expertise and offers continual support to anyone affected by a neuromuscular condition, including families and carers.

Design & Print

NMC Design+Print is a vibrant social enterprise, predominantly run by people with neuromuscular conditions.

All profits go towards the cost of running NMC.

Fundraising Events

We host a variety of events. All proceeds help fund our range of unique services.

Get Involved

We have charity places in a range of organised challenge events. Why not take on a personal challenge and raise money for NMC at the same time?

Each year, our small fundraising team raises over £500,000 to keep NMC running and we rely on our wonderful volunteers and supporters to achieve this.
