NMC Photography Competition 2021

Nature’s Four Seasons is the title of this year's NMC photography competition, aptly named as the theme is nature within the seasons. 


It is a competition with a twist and 12 winning photos will be published in the NMC 2022 Calendar plus the  overall winner will get a brilliant prize.

The competition is free to enter and open to the NMC community, friends and family.

Deadline for Winter/Spring entries is 25th May 2021

  • #NMCMarquee. Plant Pot Painting with Elly in the Marquee at 11am. Join us for a brew and a creative start to the week.
  • Tuesday Chat at 11am. Join our coffee morning via zoom or in the Marquee.
  • #NMCWellbeing. Yoga and breathing via Zoom at 1pm (recorded session).​​
  • #WorkoutWednesday at 11:30am - live exercise via Zoom.
  • Poetry Club meets via zoom at 2pm and will be free verse on anything that captures your imagination. Poetry Club page
  • #NMCWellbeing. Knowledge session at 1pm on Zoom.
  • #NMCMarquee. Picnic Lunch 11:30am - 3pm in the Marquee and Meadow. Please book and advise of any dietary requirements.

Physiotherapy &

NMC provides free specialist physiotherapy and other unique services, which are not available on the NHS, for people with neuromuscular conditions. 

Design & Print

NMC Design+Print is a vibrant social enterprise, predominantly run by people with neuromuscular conditions. All profits go towards the cost of running NMC.

Training &

Training and Development offers a range of courses and workshops to anyone with a neuromuscular condition. Courses include Graphic Design, Animation and Music.


Our team has a wealth of knowledge and expertise and offers continual support to anyone affected by a neuromuscular condition, including families and carers.

Fundraising Events

We host a variety of events. All proceeds help fund our range of unique services.
