NMC Wellbeing Programme

NMC's Summer Wellbeing programme commenced on Tuesday 6th July.

Our Summer 2021 theme is Pain, Fatigue and Sleep and is for all the NMC Community.

NMC Wellbeing is a yearlong programme of education sessions and weekly exercise sessions plus other activities and events.

Welcome to our What's On section. We’re always looking for suggestions, please get in touch with any ideas of things you’d like to try or do.

We have a private Connect Up facebook group.

If you aren't on Facebook you can still join in with our activities, please email Sarah and Elly on connectup@nmcentre.com for further details.

Please note:  For your safety our procedures have not changed despite latest easing of restrictions. Anyone visiting the NMC until end August is required to take a Lateral Flow Test and report a negative result to the NHS in the immediate 24hrs before visiting. Please get in touch if you need help or advice with this.
