Activities

To find out more about any of our activities, please call Denise Boyall on 01606 860 911 or email her using our Contact Form.

NMC provides activities, support and opportunities to build friendships and learn new skills for those with neuromuscular conditions, Carers and for the whole family.

NMC is proud to offer a varied range of activities that are suitable for all ages and abilities, all with the aim of promoting positive wellbeing.

These activities serve as a break for Carers, with opportunities to enhance life outside of a caring role. They also provide opportunities for our community with neuromuscular conditions to enjoy stimulating experiences and achieve new things.

A few activities that the NMC community have enjoyed include:

  • Mindfulness

  • Card Making

  • Accessible Canal Boat Trip

  • Segway

and much more!

Clubs

Club activities also contribute to raising funds and allow the opportunity to work on shared projects. We hope we have something for everyone to get involved with, but if you feel we’re missing something, then we’d love to hear from you! We are always looking to expand the range of activities and clubs on offer.
