During the Spring and Summer, the NMC ‘Marquee in the Meadow’ is open to our NMC community for a catch up with friends. It is providing an opportunity for small groups to get together in our marquee in the NMC meadow. A variety of dates are available and each session will be 1.5 - 2 hours long Groups of up to 6 people will meet in the NMC Marquee in the NMC Meadow. The new Wellbeing Season is here! Spring wellbeing will focus on Nutrition and Wellbeing. With a range of sessions teaching us about this and related topics (swallowing, and continence to name a few). We will be treated to 10 weeks of seated Yoga from two fantastic Yogis, have some fabulous cooking demonstrations, as well as keeping going with a new 12 week plan or the NMC Live workout!
