Connect Up

We have an NMC Facebook Group called 'NMC Online with Connect Up'. It is a closed group for anyone from the NMC Community.

If you're not on social media, you can still join in. For details please email Sarah or Elly at

or Ali :

You could also call us on 01606 860911.

NeuroMuscular Centre is not building or a physio treatment... it is a community. Connect Up represents the best of this: connection, support and friendship.

We want to expand on the wonderful group that already exists and welcome the whole of the NMC Community. We have a varied programme of tutorials, videos, online groups, meetings and games where we can come together and ensure that self isolation and social distancing doesn't negatively impact the fantastic relationships that we have built, and the amazing community spirit that is so rich at NMC.

Connect Up Online is a platform to share fun, ideas, experiences and skills to keep our community together and to help each other through this difficult time and beyond!

If you would like any advice on how to set up a Facebook account, join a Zoom meeting or have any questions then please get in touch and we will try to assist.

We also have produced a handy Zoom User Guide (opens as a pdf)
