Music for Wellbeing

Is music a tonic for you, do you have favourite playlists to suit every mood and love to explore new sounds?

If this sounds like you, then you might be interested in signing up for our Music for Wellbeing sessions. The first one is on Tuesday 26th January at 1pm. Guest presenter, Emma (a trained musician and teacher) and will help us explore how music can affect our mood and give us a boost.
