NMC Mindfulness sessions
The wonderful Kay will be starting her mindfulness sessions on Thursday the 21st of Jan at 1.00pm. These sessions are aimed at any level and will have interesting information, tips, tricks, and skills for beginners and the those with experience.
Session one will be an introduction to mindfulness. If you have taken part in Kay's sessions before please attend again as you can always pick up new information.
We are well aware of the psychological effects of the lockdown and the skills you will learn in these sessions could make a big difference to you mental wellbeing.
There will be a minimum of 5 sessions each building your knowledge and skill.
All sessions will be virtual attendance only and we will provide zoom links prior to the events. We encourage you to attend all 5 sessions as this will give you the best level of understanding. The sessions will be recorded to watch at another time.
