NMC Therapies Take On Tough Mudder!
It's time for some payback - NMC Therapies are taking on Tough Mudder on 11th September!
Think of all those times the team have pushed you in the Gym & during a physio sessions, getting you to just do "just one more" leg press, arm pull, or km on the pedals, now it's your chance for REVENGE!
The team will be taking on TWENTY challenges like a giant ice dunking, a tear gas crawl, a three stories high climbing wall, a muddy army crawl, and even a run through dangling wires of 10,000 volts of electricity!!
