NMC Wellbeing - Spring 2021

The new Wellbeing Season is here!

Spring wellbeing will focus on Nutrition and Wellbeing. With a range of sessions teaching us about this and related topics (swallowing, and continence to name a few). We will be treated to 10 weeks of seated Yoga from two fantastic Yogis, have some fabulous cooking demonstrations, as well as keeping going with a new 12 week plan or the NMC Live workout!
