Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Mount Snowdon: the three highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales which together, make up the infamous Three Peaks Challenge. With a combined height of 3,407m, these three mountains are not for the faint-hearted, and we are offering you an exciting opportunity to take on this amazing challenge…well, sort of!

We challenge you to walk, jog, run 55km or 72,180 steps within 30 days. 55km is equal to the walking distance up and down each of the Three Peaks, which is no easy task.  Our virtual challenge allows you to complete this up and down the hallways and in your own home, in your back garden, your local park or even your kitchen!

If your mobility makes walking too difficult/impossible, why not complete the distance on an exercise bike, hand or foot pedals or even a tricycle if you have one?
