LIVE Chocolate guided group Meditation

Would you like to eat chocolate and meditate?

A LIVE Chocolate guided group Meditation will take place on Tuesday 15th December at 2pm. This mindfulness meditation is a luxurious indulgence in pleasure! We learn to live in the moment whilst enjoying our favourite chocolate treat. By being present in the experience, we can appreciate how mindfulness can be applied to all situations. We will be taking part in a traditional meditation, as a group, that will be influenced by positive psychology principles by Diane Gehart's Mindfulness for Chocolate Lovers. This is a real meditation (with chocolate) that will help you relax but also gain meaningful insights into how you make sense of your life experiences. Don't forget to bring your chocolate!
