First NMC Live Exercise Class

Today (25th March) at 11.30am, the NMC Therapies team will be hosting the first of many LIVE EXERCISE CLASSES!!!

These will be aimed at everyone in the NMC community ensuring levels of exercise everyone can have a go at. There will also be someone answering questions as the event happens. So please tune in on facebook, take part, and engage in a fun workout.
