Mindfulness Course - Guest Speaker
The 2nd session of our mindfulness course takes place on Thursday 28th January. We have a wonderful guest speaker for you! We are excited to be welcome back Mike Holland, from Mind Being You, who will lead our mindfulness sessions on 28th January, 11th February and 25th February.
